For cancellations by July 10, 2017, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 10%. No refund can be made for cancellations of meeting registration fees and field trips received after Monday, July 10, 2017, or for cancellations of workshops at any time.
Letter of Invitation:
International participants may need a letter of invitation from the meeting organizers in order to obtain a Visa for entry into the U.S.A. The organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any U.S.A embassy or consulate office abroad on your behalf. This procedure is intended to assist participants who need to obtain a Visa or permission to attend the 80th Annual Meeting of The Meteoritical Society in Santa Fe, and is not an official invitation covering fees and/or any other expenses or financial support from the meeting organizers or The Meteoritical Society.
