  • Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.in the O’Keefe room in the Convention Center
  • Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the O’Keefe room in the Convention Center

**If you are speaking in a morning session, please check in your presentation the afternoon before. Afternoon presentations should be checked in by noon the day of the presentation.

PowerPoint aspect ratio information:

It does not matter if you create your presentation with the standard aspect ratio (4x3) or the wide screen aspect ratio (9x16), the computer and projector system that will be in use will automatically convert everything to the (9x16) aspect ratio without distorting any information. The only thing that will appear as a result of using the (4x3) aspect ratio will be black bars along the side or along the top and bottom of the screen (like the black bars that appear when you watch a movie in “widescreen” mode). So please do not worry if you are using the (4x3) aspect ratio.

Poster Presentations:

  • The poster size will be 44’ x 44’. Pushpins for hanging will be provided.
  • Poster location numbers and session groups will be posted outside of the poster presentation rooms.
  • All posters should be put up on Monday morning and will remain up for the duration of the week.
  • Poster presentations will take place Tuesday, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Thursday, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Presenters are expected to be at their poster for their designated poster session.
  • Posters are to be taken down Friday morning. Posters not taken down by the author BY EALRY AFTERNOON AT THE LATEST will be discarded.

**IMPORTANT COMMUNITY REMINDER: THERE SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOGRAPHY OF ORAL PRESENTATIONS OR POSTERS UNLESS EXPLICIT PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE ATUHOR. Thank you for your respect and cooperation!
